Built Brandify, a Figma plugin that automated whitelabel asset creation for client apps reducing, onboarding from 2 days to 10 minutes and unblocked the Business Development team to close deals faster.
Designed an award-winning parker mobile experience, recognized by the Deutschen App Award.
Created Parkflow design system from scratch, improved product consistency and accelerated development
Designed partner portal (account management, automated invoicing, parker onboarding), contributing to a $300k ARR increase in the first month after launch.
Simplified a complex rate configuration module, enhancing usability and significantly reducing customer support tickets.
Led design of ExpressLane AI, an automated session creation experience that drove a 3.3× lift in transactions at enabled locations (48k → 160k+ in a month) and accelerated onboarding of new parking lots.

Partner Portal 2.0
The platform was redesigned to better fit the needs of parking operators today. The earlier version worked well but was built for a different purpose. With a new design and a focus on easy, self-serve use, the updated version makes tasks like permit management, invoicing, and support much simpler—saving time and making daily work easier.
